Store Update

by Stuart Lennon
There's a nasty bug going about. You may have heard.

Thanks to Amanda and Scrib the site has been kept fresh with new stationery/analogue related posts each week.

Thanks to Clare, queries have been dealt with and orders despatched, more or less normally. Deliveries have been a little slower than normal, but overall, I think, Royal Mail have done a superb job in very trying circumstances.

Mostly though, all at Nero’s offer their thanks to the wonderful customers who have kept coming to the site and buying things. Every single sale helps. Fingers crossed, if customers keep coming, then Nero’s will emerge the other side of this. Thank you - and send your friends!

Now - what's coming?

First up, Rhodia. Increasingly, we stock more desk-sized / A5 notebooks and for me, of the “big name” brands, these are the best quality paper. They make writing with a fountain pen a joy. Stocking Rhodia is daunting. There are so many lines! Having one of everything would literally break the bank. So - we are going to gradually build the brand up. This week we will have a range of pads in A5 and A4 as well as notebooks in these larger sizes. I hope that sales will pick up, and then each month I’ll broaden the range that we hold. So - please buy something, or, if we don’t stock your favourite, shout. In the comments here or on social media. We’ll get them in for you.

Second - Pebble. This elegant new brand makes notebooks from 52g Tomoe River paper. We have A5 and A6 in stock, with some lovely Limited Editions on the way this month. These will fly off the shelves, so don’t miss out.

Last one for today - is my personal favourite. We have our range of Nero’s notebooks, made for us here in the UK. This week we launch a Nero’s Limited Edition to head up the range and I’m really proud of it. I hope that you’ll like it too.

Right. Enough from me. Keep your hands clean and your pecker up.
